Synopsis:

Interior southeastern Brazil, 50 years. Diogo is a pawn of cowboy quiet, introspective, but with great heart. When you release the voice singing, all delight. By playing a large cattle farm for Fine Gold, owned by Major truculent Batista, Diogo through the Site Remanso of Otacílio Mendes, where she meets and makes friends with friends, the boy's gate. But Otacílio political enemy is the Major, and Diego soon realizes the great tension that exists throughout the region. Arriving at the village, Diogo is sought by a group of small ranchers who depict the violent and predatory manner as Major rules the place, forcing farmers to sell livestock and land for the price it requires. Against those who refuse, had used the violence of his henchmen. Diogo agrees to take a flock of small farmers to be sold in better conditions in another region. Major reacts brutal. The situation between Diogo and Major is increasingly untenable. The city is divided, the climate is of war and the consequences will be tragically inevitable.
