10. But Yabadaba.ru is blocked in my country. That's why I asked toy upload it in MegaFTP.com. I trid downloading thru Yabadaba thru a proxy in my download manager. But later, when I resume it, it says size has been changed and it will download from the beginning and then it downloads the webpage. MegaFTP wont do that. They give a direct link itself unlike Yabadab.ru

64. here is the link for crack, i think there is also a replacement u need for a exe file (u can find that prolly from gamecopyworld), i havnt played it yet, but u need this file (it goes in one of the folders after install)i don kno where i got my crack from but heres one listed from tinydl:

    try em, they will reset every night at 6 or 7pm eastern standard time (us) GMT -5 i beleave it is.
    
    and another thing, if ur downloading with a accelerator and ur file stops downloading at the end ( happened to me with getright) just go into the folder u saved it in, double click the file, and enter in a new link (free or premium) it shud b done within a couple seconds.
    
    just thought i should mention that since i had someone asking me why it quits after a while.

94. er. sry of i didnt include instructions
    but cracks are simple common sence.
    copy paste files
    get GTAIV.exe and crack LaunchGTAIV.exe (u can get it from game copy world) and if u dont have the .dll file, i beleave i posted a link above which has it.
    and start up game
    
    
    if u get some sort of error make sure u have XP SP3 or Vista
    thats the only problem i encountered, everything else works.
    
    
    
    1:copy all files from the crack to GTA DIRECTORY
    2: copy paul.dll to OFFLINE ACTIVATOR
    and start game with the cracked .exe file u coppied in step 1.

    here are some cracks that i downloaded and surprisingly they work, im not sure which 1, if 1 of em doesnt work for you, try a different one, theres 3 in this zip (including different .exe cracks and the paul.dll file).

I took the guys comment and got GETRIGHT, and use the Megaupload 8 part dvds, the trick is, when your 45 second limit is up, right click the free download button, click copy link location, then bring up your GetRight, click file "enter URL download,hit ok and there u r, u can do the same on all 8 links for each dvd and the download limit restriction is by passed. GOOD LUCK00

140. Ok. Now it works.
     So at the end you have to:
     
     1)download the game. Personally i used the megauploads links posted by msplash9. They works and you need just to extract the first and it will automatically put all the files togheter in a .iso
     
     2)download the crack posted by kamikaze. You don't need any GTAIV.exe as he said because it works just copying the LaunchGTAIV.ex instead the other and then copying the others files of the crack.
     
     3)start the game. Follow what it says. Download Windows Game Live, and create you account OFFLINE.
     
     4)Play and enjoy :) it works good. It is just a bit slow but it's my computer fault :P
